Web Express is a standard product, composed of modules and tools, especially designed for selling your company’s products or services online. It is divided in two main modules: "Web Site Module" and "Back Office Module".

"Web site" module. This section includes tools to be used by your customer. Using these tools, they can accede to the following options:
Online catalogue: this helps to list and arrange the products offered for sale, according to different criteria (price, category, type, description, weight, height). Besides helping in each detail with texts and images, this tool allows the product to be easily added to the shopping cart.
Shopping Cart: this adds products, deletes them, modifies amounts, saves them for a later purchase, shows details before purchasing and automatically adds shipping fees and taxes.
Sales Orders: this contains the buyers information, delivery address, products purchased, shipping method and tax details. The user can check his sales order statement online and also the sales background.
Searches: searching allows the user to find exactly what he wants to buy. This can be carried out by any criteria or by key words.
Dynamic Content: dynamically generated contents can be inserted in some pages and can be managed using the "Back Office" module; these are usually product offers, recommended products, new products or the best selling products.
Registration: in order to make a purchase, the user must register information on the site. This information forms part of the company’s data base and can be used to send newsletters, promotions, discounts, etc.

"Back Office" Module: the Back Office system is the section of Web Express, from where the Web Site is managed. From here you can upload, download, modify and consult (UDMC). You accede to this module using a password. It is divided in many specific sub-modules:
Products and Categories: From here you can Upload, Download, Modify the products offered for sale. The other categories, divisions or sectors that derive from thes products are also managed here.
Sales orders: This manages sales orders made online, also sales listings, modifications and organizing, according to different criteria (statement, value, customer, product). The information may be used for statistics.
Sales Statistics: This creates statistics reports regarding sales movements, in standard or customized format.
Web Site Statistics: This creates Web site navigation reports: amount of users that visited the site that day, recurrent users, geographic regions, most visited pages.
Web Site Management: The dynamic sections of the website are managed from here, like offers, recommended product listings, banners and other sections.
CRM Light: The information obtained in sales orders, user registration and forms can be analyzed by CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
